Yolanda Lynn Simmons

Yolanda Lynn Simmons, age 60, passed away Monday, June 30, 2025, at her home in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Yolanda was born in Spartanburg, July 4, 1964, a daughter of Dewana Marie Fuller and the late James Lee Fuller. Yolanda initially served as a nurse before transitioning to the role of shipping and receiving clerk at Adidas.

Yolanda was known for her love of taking care of everyone, shopping and playing Bingo.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of forty-five years, Wayne Allen Simmons; her daughters, Dorthy Stevens (Jason) and Alana Cogdill; sons, Wayne Simmons, II (Anj) and Kross Hess; and her mother, Dewana Marie Fuller; grandchildren, Dylan, Jake, Hailey, Jasmin, Vayda, Maika, Ava, Zyla, Tamara, Lexi, Tori, Natalie, Joseph, Jacob, Jayden, Jordan, Jace and Julian; many nieces and nephews and many un-biological children.

Yolanda was preceded in death by her father, James Lee Fuller; sister, Kimberly McFalls.
