Yakov L. Tarasevich

Mr. Yakov L. Tarasevich, age 24, husband of Yana Parchuk Tarasevich, passed away, Wednesday, June 14, 2023, in an auto accident that also took the life of his older brother, Oleg L. Tarasevich.

Mr. Tarasevich was born July 1, 1998, in Belarus, a son of Leonid and Valentina Tarasevich.  He was a graduate of Boiling Springs High School and a member of Slavic Pentecostal Church of Spartanburg.

Yasha was not a person you just easily forget. He was so young but so full of life. Liam and I will forever cherish the short time we had with him. His love for us can not be put into words, it could only be felt and that will stay with us for a lifetime. We will always love you, Yasha.

Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are son, Liam Tarasevich; baby girl, Stella, expected in July; brother, Sergey Tarasevich (Oksana); sisters, Marina Kulbitskiy (Viktor) and Alina Mozol (Dmitriy).

Funeral Services for Oleg and Yakov will be held at Slavic Pentecostal Church of Spartanburg at 6:00 PM on Sunday, June 18, 2023. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 19, 2023, at Good Shepherd Memorial Park.
