Wesley Gerald Anderson

Mr. Wesley Gerald Anderson, age 51, passed away Monday, June 3, 2024.

Mr. Anderson was born July 20, 1972, in Spartanburg, SC, a son of David Gerald Anderson, and Lucille Yelton Anderson.

Wesley was a member of Broad River Baptist Church.  He enjoyed fishing.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Taylor Pledger; brothers, Timothy Anderson (Kim), and Kevin Anderson (Angie); granddaughter, Martha Kate Pledger; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee, conducted by Reverend David C. Anderson.  Interment will follow at Broad River Baptist Church Cemetery in Rutherfordton, NC.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Ruff, Dennis Pruitt, Peyton Anderson, Eric Grant, Jason Arledge, and Alan Bishop.

The family will receive friends at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee from 11:00am until 1:00pm Saturday prior to the service.

The family will be at the home of his parents, David and Lucille Anderson.
