Wayne Matthew O'Shields

Mr. Wayne Matthew O'Shields, age 73, of Inman, SC passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023.

Mr. O'Shields was born April 8, 1949 in Spartanburg, SC, the son of the late Virgil Matthew O'Shields, Jr. and Helen Juanita Ward O'Shields. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War where he served in the Army. He was a carpenter.  Wayne enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his three granddaughters and great-grandchildren.  He was a member of the Clifton Masonic Lodge.

Wayne is survived by his son, Wesley Matthew O'Shields and wife,Norma of Inman; sister, Joe D. Haskins of Boiling Springs; granddaughters, Tiffany Dabney (Norman), Jessica O'Shields, and Leslie O'Shields; great grandchildren, Christina Wingo, Trey Coleman, and Matthew Wingo.

A graveside service wil be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Fingerville Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Andy Case.

The family will be at the home of his son, Wesley O'Shields.
