Thomas Edward "Tiny" Williams

Thomas Edward "Tiny" Williams, age 63 of Mooresboro, passed away Monday, September 4, 2023 at his home. Tiny was born October 22, 1959 at Turner Airforce Base in Albany, Georgia to the late Harvey Galen Williams and Carolyn Greene McKinney who lives in Mooresboro, NC.

Tiny was a US Army veteran being stationed with the 201st ASA in Augsburg, Germany before being honorably discharged. He spent most of his time working at Six Points Hardware Store and Earls Short Stop. He was employed by the hardware store for more than twenty five years. He loved working and truly never met a stranger. Tiny enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling and hardly ever missed a Saturday morning peewee football game.

Tiny is survived by his wife of seventeen and a half years Debbie Williams of the home, his mother Carolyn Williams of Mooresboro, his brother Galen Williams and his wife Melissa of Rutherfordton, his sister Mary Williams of Mooresboro, half sisters; Danielle M. Williams, Carol Williams and Shauna Williams of Colorado, his step daughter Anna Morrison and her fiancé Chris of Shelby, step son Scott Morrison and his fiancé Kristi of Mooresboro, his grandchildren; Payton, Kaylie, Trystan and Charlie. Nephews; Matthew Bennett and family, Mason Williams and family and  Anthony "AJ" Williams and family. Nieces; Misty Willis and family and Sarah Williams and family. Family friend John Peralta.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside, NC. The memorial service will be held at 5:00pm Tuesday, September 12, 2023 in the A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel at Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside, NC with Reverend Ted Blankenship officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the Rutherford County Honor Guard following the memorial service. Family and friends are welcome at Tiny and Debbie's home after the services. Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside, NC is serving the family.
