Tamara Lynn Avalos

Tamara Lynn Avalos, 60, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. She was born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina on July 11, 1963 to the late Charles Delmar Melton and Alice Ruby Hudgins Melton.

She is survived by her daughters, Suzanna Nelson (Kyle) and Elizabeth Avalos; son, Manuel Avalos; brothers, Scottie Melton and Russell Melton; and granddaughters, Caitlyn Polivka and Scarlett Avalos.

In addition to her husband, Manuel Estrada Avalos, she was predeceased by her sisters, Shirley Jones, Martha Price, and Cathy Husman.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 12 noon at Springhill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until 11:45am, prior to the service at Eggers Funeral home of Chesnee.
