Susan Marie Moore

Susan Marie Moore, age 62, of Spartanburg, SC passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023. She was born in Spartanburg on April 29, 1960 to the late Charles and Gladys Webb.

Susan was of the Baptist faith. She was selfless and cared about others, often putting their needs before her own.  Her son and daughter appreciated her down to earth philosophy on life.  She will be missed by her friends and family.  The patrons of the grocery stores where she worked over the years regarded her as a great friend who always met them with a warm smile. Susan was often jokingly referred to as the "Mayor of Spartanburg" for always meeting those patrons among others everywhere she went.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Gary Dale Moore; daughter, Sarah Ali (Deirdre); and son, Matthew Moore (LauraBeth).

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Barry C. Webb.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs.
