Stephen Dale Mcbee

Mr. Stephen "Steve" Dale McBee, age 65, of Boiling Springs, SC passed away Friday, April 7, 2023.

Born in Gaffney, SC on May 21, 1957, he was a son of the late Hoyt McBee and Patricia Threadgill.  Steve was proud of his time served in the US Army as a Seargent with the 502 ^nd MP Company and the 2 ^nd Armored Division "Hell on Wheels" at Fort Hood, TX.  He was also proud of his time spent playing offensive guard (#61) for Boiling Springs High School.

Steve is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Blanton McBee; 2 sons; James McBee and Tyler McBee (Haley).

He will also be remembered by his beloved granddogs, Chipper and Beanie, and by numerous nieces, aunts, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by 2 brothers; Eddie McBee and Keith McBee.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 7:00pm on Monday, April 10, 2023 at Eggers Funeral Home Chapel of Boiling Springs. A memorial service will follow at 7:00pm with the Rev. Alan Ruff officiating.
