Stanley Shuford Moore

Stanley S. Moore, 80, of Pacolet, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. He was born September 3, 1944 in Spartanburg to the late Duvall Moore and Frances Quinn Moore.

He was a member of Pacolet Mills Baptist Church, where he spent many years on the Kitchen Committee, the Flower Committee, and the Baptism Team.

Left to cherish his memory is a brother, Paul "Randall" Moore, of Gaffney.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by three brothers, Harold, Carole, and David Moore.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Hammett Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Dr. Chris Osborne and Rev. Norman Band officiating. The family will receive friends after the service.

Memorials may be made to Pacolet Mills Baptist Church, Family Life Center, or Hammett Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
