Ronald Paul Bullock

Ronald "Ron" Paul Bullock, age 81, husband of Debbie McAbee Bullock, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at his home.

Ron was born on August 4, 1943, in Dothan, Alabama, a son of the late Hilda Bullock Ashe and  Thomas Paul Bullock. Ron was a  member of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church in Boiling Springs, South Carolina. He graduated from the University of Alabama and worked as a salesman. Mr. Bullock served in the United States Army in the Security Agency. He was the President of The Spartanburg Shrine Club, the Post Commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9539, and the State Commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was an avid Alabama football fan and attended as many home football games as possible for over twenty years. After retirement he went on numerous cruises and loved to travel around the world with his wife, Debbie.

Left behind to cherish his memory, in addition to his wife, are children, Teresa Carlson (Scott), Pamela Lapish (Randy), and Ronald Justin Bullock; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Bullock was predeceased by his parents, and his brother, Joel Bullock.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church with Rev. Dave Rodrick officiating.

A private burial with military honors will be held in the church cemetery.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Debbie's brother, Brent McAbee and his wife, Barbara for all of their support and love throughout this difficult time.
