Roger Wayne Wilson

Roger Wayne Wilson, age 68, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Born November 16, 1957, in Tryon, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Fred Arthur Wilson and Mary Rose Foster Wilson. He married Patsy Ruth Brown on August 16, 1983.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Ruth Wilson; brothers, James Wilson, and his wife, Gail, Johnny Wilson and Tommy Wilson; two stepsons, Ronnie and Jimmie Worley; a sister, Mary Ann Kimbrell; a sister-in-law, Paula, and many nieces and nephews. He is also remembered by his caregivers, Deevan and Melissa.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Patsy Ann Wilson; a brother, Joe Wilson; and a stepson, Robbie Worley.

Memorial services will be held at 12:30 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026, in the Eggers Funeral Home Chapel of Boiling Springs, with Rev. Tim Worthy officiating

The family will receive friends on Thursday at the funeral home from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM prior to the service in the chapel.
