Richard Lee Humphries

Richard Lee Humphries, 69, of Chesnee, South Carolina, known to many as "Little Curly," passed away at his home on Thursday, January 8, 2026. Richard was the son of the late Richard C. Humphries and Shirley Wilson Humphries of Chesnee.

He enjoyed visiting with family and friends, working on the farm, and going to the livestock auctions when he was able. He also loved to dream about big plans for the farm.

Richard is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Logan and Kari Humphries of Chesnee; a daughter-in-love, Amanda Bellew; a grandson, Kanyn Humphries, both of Boiling Springs; a granddaughter, Naomie Humphries of Charleston; and a special friend, Wendy Inman of Chesnee. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Billy Benfield; a niece, Brittany Stoudemire (Ryan); and a great-niece, Hiley-Grace, all of Lexington, South Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandy, and a son, Jamyn Humphries.
