Reba Allien Bray Morris

Reba Allien Bray Morris, 77, of Inman, SC, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023.

Born in Brownsville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Allen Woodrow Bray and Margie Rebecca Wells Bray. In 1981 Reba married Dan Morris of Boiling Springs. Reba and Dan went on to have their son, Danny, and successfully ran Morris Motor Company for many years. She would later go on to join her bonus daughter, Teri, and lifelong friend, Margaret Keller in opening Boiling Springs' favorite restaurant, Coby's Steak & Seafood for 20 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel L. Morris, Sr., and her sisters, Ann Bray Canonaco, and Jacqueline Marie Bray.

Reba is survived by her son, Danny (Lori) and her precious granddaughters, Layla and Lorelei. She is also survived by her bonus daughter, Teri Pruitt (Richie) and her children, Coby (Katie) and Cassie (Steven), and Taylor (Joel). Along with these, she is survived by her niece, Tammy Walker (Barry), great nieces, Tristin and Amberlie, and great nephew Zachary. She will be greatly missed by two of the best friends that a lady could have, Margaret Keller and Maggie Gibson.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Eggers Funeral Home in Boiling Springs.

A funeral service to celebrate Reba's life will be held at 11:00am on Monday, September 25, 2023 at New Prospect Baptist Church with the Rev. Matthew Bishop and Rev. Bill Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will be at the home of Ms. Morris, 438 Sunward Path, Inman, SC 29349.
