Paul Eugene Miller, Sr.

Paul Eugene Miller, Sr., 72, of Spartanburg, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024. He was born on July 29, 1951 to the late Louise Elizabeth Carter Miller and George Washington Miller.

Paul was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He loved cats and playing video games and going for motorcycle rides.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Florence Cunningham Miller; daughter, Amanda M. Cooksey; son, Paul Eugene Miller, Jr. (Karrina); sisters, Donna Tackett, Judy Miller Daub, and Mary Flaugher; brothers, Mike Miller and Andrew Miller; grandchildren, Kayla Dutton (Drew), Julia Miller (Kenneth Sisk), Elijah Shook, Aiden Miller, Daniel Miller, and Isabel Miller; and great grandchildren, Zayden Sisk, Samantha Dutton, Kinslee Sisk, and Tobias Sisk.

In addition to his parents, Louise and George, he was predeceased by a brother, Pat Miller; and son-in-law, Christopher Mark Cooksey.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, July 8, 2024 at Bible Truth Baptist Church with the Rev. David Biggs officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 2:00PM, one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
