Patricia Mildean Teague Johns

Patricia Mildean Teague Johns, 78, of Pacolet, South Carolina, passed away on March 2, 2025, in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Mrs. Johns was born in Anadarko, Oklahoma on June 23, 1946, a daughter of the late John and Violet Manley Teague.

Patricia dedicated her life to caring for others as a nurse. Her compassion and commitment to her profession left a lasting impact on those she served.

Beyond her career, Patricia was known for her creativity and artistic spirit. She had a keen eye for design and found joy in redecorating and rearranging furniture, always bringing warmth and beauty into the spaces around her. She also had a deep love for animals, especially dogs, who brought her great comfort and companionship throughout her life.

Patricia was a woman of faith and worshipped at Brown's Chapel in Pacolet Mills.

Left to cherish her memory, are her husband, Wayne Edward Johns; brother, Howard Teague; sister, Deborah Moore; niece, Katy Moore; nephew, Johnny Ray Moore (Kendra); and her adopted daughter, Michelle O'Leary. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Connie Teague, and sister, Lori Valdez.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Brown's Chapel Baptist Church in Pacolet, South Carolina, with Pastor Chip Coleman officiating.

The family will receive friends in the chapel prior to the service from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
