Nellie Louise Mckelvey
Nellie Louise McKelvey, 96, of Mooresboro, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026. She was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on September 14, 1929 to the late Sam McKelvey and Bessie Jolley McKelvey.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kathy Ashley and her husband, Thomas; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two sisters, Rosa Lee Stacey and Nettie Wheller.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Eggers Funeral Home with the Rev. Chad Sisk officiating.
The family will be at the home of the daughter.
