Myles Ray Blackwell

Myles Ray Blackwell, 87, of Inman, SC passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025. He was born September 22, 1937 to the late Grover Blackwell and Lula Mae Waters Blackwell.

Mr. Blackwell was of the Baptist faith, and a member of South Side Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed coon hunting, and loved his chickens.

Left to cherish his memory is his son, Ray Blackwell; and grandchildren, Brett Witzel and Brittany Poole; as well as 4 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Grover and Lula Mae, he was predeceased by his wife, Martha Blackwell; daughter, Judy Poole; and brothers, Byron Blackwell, Grover Lee Blackwell, Marshall Blackwell, and Wayne Blackwell.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00PM on Friday, June 20, 2025, at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee with the Rev. Joe Brackins officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 3:00PM, two hours prior to the service.

Burial will be at a later date.
