Max James Millwood

Max James Millwood, 76, of Chesnee, South Carolina passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023. He was born on August 22,1946 in Marion, North Carolina to the late John Millwood and Blanche Queen Millwood.

Mr. Millwood was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Spartanburg. He enjoyed restoring furniture and selling antiques.

In addition to his wife, Dianne Blackwood Millwood, he is survived by his sons, John Paul Millwood (Rion) of Laurens, SC and Chad Ingle (Allison) of Roebuck, SC; brother, Douglas Millwood, of Cowpens, SC; and brother-in-law, Richard Blackwood; and beloved pets, Sammy and Stripes.

The family will receive friends from 6:00PM until 8:00Pm on Friday, July 21, 2023 at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee.
