Mary Frances Lynch

Mary Frances Lynch, 95, of Spartanburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 11, 2024.

Born in Roebuck, SC, she was a daughter of the late Austin Jackson Birch and Lillie Mae Cox Birch. Mary loved to sew and cook. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a member of Northbrook Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. John Morgan Lynch, Sr.; two sons, John Morgan "Skip" Lynch, Jr. and Robert "Bobby" Percy Lynch; grandson, Robert "Robby" Percy Lynch, Jr.; and several brothers and sisters.

Left to cherish Mary's memory is her son, Tim Lynch and wife Sharon; two granddaughters, Christine Solesbee and husband Kevin and Alexandria Mary Lynch; brother, Donald Birch and wife Linda; sister-in-law, Gail Birch; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Northbrook Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Benny Green. Burial will follow at Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
