Marie "Billie" Frye Hinson

Marie "Billie" Frye Hinson, 94, of Spartanburg, SC went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 11, 2024, at her home. She was the wife of the late Bobby Eugene Hinson.

Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Iva Della Burton Frye and Neil Moore Frye.  Billie was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Danny Hinson (Peggy) and Jeffrey Hinson (Teri); a daughter, Pamela Hinson Howell (Roy); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Andrew Hinson, as well as three brothers and two sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 18, 2024, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Spartanburg with the Rev. Monty King officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

The family will be at the home of her daughter.
