Marcelle Diane Peters

Marcelle Diane Peters, 63, of Boiling Springs, SC, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024.

Born in New Bedford, MA, she was a daughter of the late Charles Simmons and Lorraine Gaboriault Simmons. Marcelle was a member of the Wednesday Lunch Ladies Club. She was of the Catholic faith.

Marcelle is survived by her husband, Michael Paul Peters; son, Casey Michael Peters (Angel); daughter, Desiree Lynn Scales (Danny); brother, Wayne Simmons (Jan); sister, Michelle Simmons; and three grandchildren, Quinn Scales, Haddie-Lynn Scales, and Ezra Peters.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, April 6, 2024 in the Chapel of Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Foundation Gibbs Cancer Center and Research Institute, 101 E. Wood Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
