Louise Jones Jolley

Louise Jones Jolley, age 76 of Mooresboro, NC, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Wendover Hospice House in Shelby, NC. She was born April 12, 1947 in Cleveland County to the late Serle Jones and the late Mary Vivian Matheny Jones. Louise was the widow to the late Clarence Baxter Jolley. She retired from AV Dedmon Trucking as their bookkeeper after more than twenty years. She was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Mooresboro, NC where she had served as Sunday School Secretary, treasurer and always helped out wherever she was needed. She was an avid Atlanta Braves and UNC Tarheels fan but most of all Louise will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be dearly missed by her family

Louise is survived by her daughters Anne Jolley Espinoza and Amy Jolley Bracebridge and her husband Charlie, her sister Eunice Daggerhart and her husband Cleve, her grandchildren; Anthony Edward Jolley, Charles Marcus Jolley, Ryan Christopher Espinoza, Vivian Nicole Bracebridge, Karla Marie Bracebridge and Tyler Chase Bracebridge, one great grandson Landon Boheler and her sister-in-law Shirley Jones.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother R.G. Jones

The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Mooresboro, NC. The funeral service will follow at 4:00pm at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Reverend Kevin Hamrick officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery. Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside, NC is serving the family.
