Leroy Seay

Leroy Seay, 71, of Chesnee, SC passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023. He was born May 21, 1951 in Spartanburg, SC to the late Beatrice Belew and William Roy Seay.

Mr. Seay was a member of Graham Chapel Wesleyan Church. He enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, and cutting grass.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Velma Edmonds Seay; daughter, Sharon Waldron (Keith); son, Dwayne Seay (Misty); sisters, Vickie Greene and Kathy Hensley (Eddie); brothers, Harold Seay (Georgia), Raymond Seay (Deborah), and Ernie Seay (Linda); grandchildren, Mattison Thomas, Meghan, Morgan, Hayden, and Oliver Seay, Tiffany Guffey, and Brooklyn Waldron.

In addition to his parents, Beatrice and William Roy Seay, he was predeceased by a grandson, Cameron Seay.

The family will receive friends from 6:00PM until 8:00PM on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee. A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, February 3, 2023 at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee in the Chapel. Interment will follow at Cherokee Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
