Latrelle "Trelle" Nicholson

LaTrelle "Trelle" P. Nicholson, 60, of Boiling Springs, SC, beloved wife of Roy Nicholson, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born in Spartanburg on August 7, 1964, to the late Donald Ray Parris and Brenda Lee Bagwell, Trelle was a woman of extraordinary strength, compassion, and humor. Her vibrant spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Trelle shared a beautiful life with her husband Roy. Together, they built a partnership rooted in deep love, laughter, mutual respect, and unwavering support. Her most cherished roles in life were those of wife, mother, and grandmother.

For thirty-four years, Trelle was a dedicated and valued employee at Belue Trucking, where she was known for her incredible work ethic and dependability. But beyond her professional life, she was known for her immense heart—always caring for others and quick to lend a helping hand.

Trelle had a wonderful sense of humor and was known for her quick wit and signature nicknames, which she lovingly gave to family and friends. She was a storyteller at heart, even writing and publishing her own book. Better say "yes" and not "yeah". Trelle's talents extended to the kitchen, where she prepared delicious meals for those she loved. Her favorite hobbies were reading, naps, and quiet time.

Above all, Trelle was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and wife. Her family was the center of her world. She treasured their time together—especially their cherished traditions.

She is survived by her husband Roy Nicholson; her sons Gene Nicholson (Tara), Jerry Nicholson (Christy), and Doyce Nicholson (Katelyn); her brother Rick Parris (Libbey); and her adored grandchildren: Cole, CJ, Oliver, Lincoln, and Ellie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Ray Parris and Brenda Lee Bagwell.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Green Point Baptist Church, with Rev. Dr. David Lancaster officiating.

Interment will follow at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
