Kellen Andrew Fleming, 29, loving husband of Amy Thompson Fleming, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, November 1, 2014.

Born January 25, 1985 in Spartanburg he was the son of Cathy Cox Leichter and the late Eric Todd Fleming. Kellen was a firefighter with Westview-Fairforest Fire Department, a volunteer with Chesnee Community Fire Department and also worked for Spartanburg County EMS and Transmed. He attended First Baptist North Spartanburg where he was a member of the Media Ministry.

Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are his half-brother, Kasey Fleming, grandparents, Joe Reid Cox and wife Linda, Donna Gray, Jack Fleming; step-grandparents, Bob and Grace DelGreco; father and mother-in-law, Alan and Ann Thompson, sister-in-law, Nikki Wright; aunts, Tammy Queen (Thomas), Kim Fleming (Greg), Lisa Stephens (Reno), uncle, Anthony Leichter-DelGreco(Brianne); niece, Madison Elm and cousins, Hunter Queen, Andrew Martin and Christopher Martin and a host of others who loved him.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his step-father, Robert E. Leichter.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 3, 2014 at First Baptist North Spartanburg with Reverend Dr. Michael Hamlet and Reverend Darrell Cothran officiating.
