Jw Walker

J.W. Walker, 96, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. He was born January 4, 1929 in Chesnee, South Carolina to the late Joe Walker and Annie Lee Hawkins Walker.
Mr. Walker was a member of Beaumont Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sons, Dennis Walker (Mary) and Michael Walker (Robin); sister, Dorothy Sanders; brother, Robert Walker; five grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.
In addition to his parents, and wife, Pauline McCraw Walker, he was preceded in death by a son, Brent Walker; and sisters, Lucille Newton, Louise Henson, and Lette Watson.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee with the Rev. John Lee officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until 3:00PM, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Arrowwood Baptist Church Cemetery.
