Judy Ridings Fisher

Judy Ridings Fisher, 73, of Spartanburg, SC passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022 at her home.

Born in Spartanburg, SC she was a daughter of the late Lonnie Ridings and Evelyn Wilson Ridings. Judy worked for over 20 years at Christman and Parsons General Contractors under the direction of Dudley Myers and Lea Salter. She retired from Bagwell Fence Co. owned and operated by Billy and Bill Bagwell. Judy loved working for the both places. After retiring, she went to work part-time at Brookdale/Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn. She loved all the seniors and assisted living residents. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Peggy Hall and Joyce Thomason.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Dawn Sisk (Allen); son, Todd Fisher; brother, Lon Everette Ridings; granddaughter, Kaylee West (Chris); grandson, Scottie Fisher (Hannah Rose); three great grandchildren, Chloe Grace Spencer, Cash Spencer and Cruz Fisher; and her caregiver and lifelong friend, John Fisher.

The family will be gathered at her daughter, Dawn Sisk's house.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 2:45pm on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs. A memorial service to celebrate Judy's life will follow at 3:00pm in the Chapel with the Rev. Jim McMakin officiating.
