She was born in Rutherford County to the late James E and Lillian Bailey Greene. She was preceded in death by her parents and her youngest brother, Phillip "Phil" Greene. Those left to remember her are her sisters, Shirley Mazza of Chesnee, Barbara Beam of Morganton, and Doris Bradshaw of Lenior.  Also a very special brother, Thomas "Mike" Greene of Heath House in Lincolnton. He was her constant companion. Always looking out for his sister. He would go to her room and push her wheelchair to the cafeteria. He loved her BIG.  She also had numerous nieces and nephews. Although she had no children of her own, in her state of mind, she thought that she was a Grandma. And that's okay because she loved little children.

We would like to extend a very special "Thank You " to Heath House of Lincolnton and to Gentiva Hospice for their excellent care in her final days.
