Joe Lee Miller

Rev. Joe Lee Miller, 81, of Inman, South Carolina went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Born June 6, 1944, in Spartanburg, he was a son of the late Jesse Lee Miller and Maggie Lee Pike Miller.

Rev. Miller was a devoted pastor for more than forty years and also faithfully served his community through nursing home and prison ministry. He loved people and cared deeply for those around him.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Surviving are two sons, Jeffery Miller and Stephen Miller, and wife, Vickie; a sister, Dianne Searcy, and husband, Randy; grandchildren, Brooklyn Miller, and husband, Caylon Garner, Kaleb Miller, and wife, Taylor Livingston, and Lemuel Miller, and wife, Madison Barfield; great grandchildren, Christian Miller, Kaden Miller, Noah Miller, Carsyn Garner, and Cartyr Garner; and a sister-in-law, Carol Miller. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Shirley Sharek Miller, his daughter, Lisa Turner; and a brother, Donnie Miller.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Bible Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Turner officiating.
