Jeffery Scott West

Jeffery Scott West, age 51 of Chesnee, SC, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at his home. He was born February 3, 1973 in Rockford, IL to Jackie McKeever Strouse and the late George Dewey West. Jeffery worked for over sixteen years at R.R. Donnelley as a printing press assistant. He was a member of Alverson Grove Baptist Church. Jeffery enjoyed working on cars and RC cars. He loved to spend time with his friends and family having bon fires, and listening to music at the Spivey Pad, but most of all Jeffery will be remembered as a loving husband, father, Paw Paw, brother, and son to his family.

Jeffery is survived by his wife of thirty one years, Pamela Spivey West; his daughter, Kelsey West Trueblood and husband Clayton; his mother, Jackie Strouse McKeever; his son, Cody Scott West and wife Danielle; brothers, George West, Jerry West, and Jason West; grandchildren, Levi, Claire, and Maisley.

The family will receive friends Sunday, July 21, 2024 from 1:30pm to 3:00pm at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee. A Memorial Service will be at 3:00pm in the chapel at Eggers Funeral Home with Reverend Kenneth Kirkley and Reverend Kevin Hill officiating.
