Jean Foster Marlowe

Jean Foster Marlowe, 81, of Boiling Springs, SC, passed away Friday, June 28, 2024.

Born in Spartanburg, SC, she was a daughter of the late William Perry Foster and Eula Virginia Ridings Foster. Jean was a member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church. At church, she sang in the choir and was in the Friendship Class and the JOY Group.

Jean is survived by her loving husband, Bobby Wayne Marlowe; daughter, Tammy Tutterow (Keith); son, Mike Marlowe; two sisters, Doris Flynn (Larry) and Sandy Foster; brother, Eddie Foster (Debbie); three grandchildren, Morgan Collins (Daniel), Josh Tutterow (Hayley), Meredith Duncan (Ian); and five great grandchildren.

A funeral service to celebrate Jean's life will be held at 11:00am on Monday, July 1, 2024 at Boiling Springs First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Hank Williams and Rev. Ronnie Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Good Shepherd Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00am until 11:00am prior to the service.
