Janet Candler Bradburn

Janet Candler Bradburn, 65, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2025.

Janet was born in Union, South Carolina, on March 18, 1959, the daughter of the late Howard Hope Candler and Frances Howell Candler. Janet was known for her faithful and selfless nature, embodying the spirit of a true servant of God. She dedicated many years to the serving committee, WMU, and the choir at Alverson Grove Baptist Church where she was a member. She was a devoted caregiver to her parents until their passing. Her life was marked by her dedication to serving others, a passion she fulfilled not only through her commitments at church, but also in her personal life, caring for her family with immense love and patience. She also enjoyed her time spent at the beach immensely. Janet's memory will be cherished by all who knew her as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her legacy of kindness and service will continue to inspire those she has left behind.

Left to cherish her memory are daughter, Nikki Estes (Tucker); son, Trey Palmer (Casey Blake); brothers, Joel Candler (Perette), George Candler, and Terry Candler (Denise); granddaughters, Ryley and Kara Palmer; her dear friend Pam Collins; and her beloved fur baby, Lhasa Apso, Cuddles. She was also a cherished aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Janet was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Alverson Grove Baptist Church with Rev. James Cody Morris and Rev. Mark Truitt officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM.

Pallbearers will be Michael Mullins, David Candler, Zachary Candler, Simon Candler, Tucker Estes and Ethan Collins.

Interment will follow at Alverson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM at Alverson Grove Baptist Church prior to the funeral.

The family would like to thank the staff of Crescent Hospice for their kind and compassionate care of Janet.
