Frances Black Hutchins

Mrs. Frances Black Hutchins, age 88, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024, at White Oak Manor.

Mrs. Hutchins was born in Spartanburg, February 13, 1936, a daughter of the late Dever Black and Pauline Bullington Black.  She enjoyed spending time at the lake with her family and friends and loved her pets.

Surviving are sisters, Fay B. Johnson (Dubby), Martha "Mickey" Carter (Coy), and Paula Earnhardt (Bobby), and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James "Bill" Hutchins.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery.
