Ethel Pearl Mccoy

Mrs. Ethel Pearl McCoy, age 85, of Boiling Springs, SC went home to be with the Lord Saturday, September 28, 2024.

Mrs. McCoy was born January 16, 1939 in Cumberland County, Tennessee, a daughter to the late Lucille Trotter Davis and Clyde Davis. She was of the baptist faith and a member of North Spartanburg Freewill Baptist Church.

Left behind to cherish her memory are daughters, Sharon Woody and Pam Brock (Rusty), sons, Joey McCoy Jr. (Darlene) and Tony McCoy (Donna), fifteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Mr. Joseph Wiley McCoy, she is predeceased by a daughter, Gail Bryant, a sister, Audrey Davis, a brother Denzil Davis, and a son-in-law, Rocky Woody.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 5, 2024 in the Chapel of Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs officiated by Pastor Ray Hollifield.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons; Chanse Bodie, Jace Bodie, Tony Sellers, Ethan Woody, Levi Woody and Eric Jones.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the chapel.

Interment will follow at Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens.
