Elizabeth Belle Johnson

Elizabeth Belle Johnson, 81, of Inman, South Carolina, passed away Friday, May 8, 2026, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Born May 27, 1944, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Belle was a daughter of the late William James Knight and Myrtle Wallen Powell.

Belle treasured the close relationship she had with her sisters and especially enjoyed shopping and taking trips to the mountains together.

She is survived by her sister, Louise Ferland.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Rodney Thomason, and by her sisters, Joyce Cantor, Doris Millwood, Edith Medlin, and Dorothy Taylor.

Burial will be private.
