Deborah Stewart Howell

Deborah Stewart Howell, 64, of Spartanburg, South Carolina passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024. She was born February 20, 1960 to Brenda Hawkins Stewart and the late L.B. Stewart.

Debbie leaves behind her sons, Matthew and Josh Foster; granddaughter, Emileigh Foster; grandsons, Isiah and Otto Foster; brothers, Mark and John Stewart; life partner, Kevin Alley; and her "other mother", Joann Tyler.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Springhill Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Mark Lawing officiating.
