Charles Patrick Elder

Charles Patrick Elder, 75, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025. He was the son of Arthur Jim Elder and Alice Revels Elder Henderson.

Charles retired from Michelin Tires in Spartanburg, where he worked for 26 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and spending time outdoors. His love of nature made him a friend to all.

He is survived by his wife, Pat; three children, Cindy Elder (Bobby), Jeff Elder (Pamela), and Chris Elder (Angie); a sister, Mary Hawkins (Tim); brothers, Steve Elder (Deborah), Leslie Elder (Terry), Robert Elder (Gail), Jackie Elder (Pam), David Elder (Wanda), and Johnny Bennett (Carolyn); and three granddaughters, Cassidy Amico (Alex), Callie Elder, and Camella Elder.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Johnny Elder (April).

The family will receive friends from 7:00PM until 9:00PM on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee. A graveside service will be at 11:00AM on Monday, August 25, 2025 at Springhill Memorial Gardens.
