Carrie L Hamrick

Carrie L. Hamrick, 90, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025. She was born in Cherokee County on July 6, 1935, to the late Carrie Lee Parris Linder and Morgan Lee Linder, Sr.

Carrie was of the Baptist faith. She was retired from her job in textiles, and enjoyed watching Dr. Phil.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kathy Bolyard (Leo) and Vicky Tate; and son, Terry Tate (Tracy); as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Billy Hamrick; son, Joe Tate, Jr.; and her siblings.

Services will be private.
