Billy Wayne Cantrell

Mr. Billy Wayne Cantrell, age 60, of Inman, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 7, 2024.

Mr. Cantrell was born on May 4, 1964, a son to the late Edith Faye Ivey Cantrell and Lizzie John Cantrell. He worked in the manufacturing industry and was a supervisor at Aurora Technologies, Inc. Mr. Cantrell loved his friends and family, especially his grandson, Bryson. He was hardworking and family oriented. Billy had a passion for motorcycles and music, preferably old school. He also loved playing games. Mr. Cantrell had a great sense of humor and never met a stranger. His jokes and witty one liners will be dearly missed– he loved to laugh and make others laugh and he would do anything for anyone at any time.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Tammy Wolfenbarger Cantrell, are daughter, Amber Cantrell; three brothers, David Cantrell (Ann), Johnny Cantrell, and Mike Cantrell (Tammy); and a grandson, Bryson Cantrell. In addition to his parents, Mr. Cantrell was predeceased by two sisters, Janice C. Bishop (Gerald Bishop), Nellie Bailey (Gerald Bailey), and a brother, Jimmy Cantrell (Becky).

A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Eggers Funeral Home in Boiling Springs on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Richard Hall officiating.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs.
