Bill Bailey

Bill Bailey, 56, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023. Bill was born December 8, 1966 in Norfolk, VA to the late Reid Bailey and the late Mary Cooper Bailey.

Bill enjoyed giving away fruits and vegetables from his garden and talking to everyone. He enjoyed doing random acts of kindness for everyone, but especially to the underprivileged. He was an exceptional uncle, son, brother, nephew and friend and will be missed by many.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother Hugh Bailey and a nephew Todd Dunn.

Bill is survived by his brother Jason Bailey and a sister Freida Kay Winters. He is also survived by his loving nephew and niece, Jonathon Bailey and Katlyn Bailey along with special cousins Elaine Jackson and Sheila Meade (and family) and his uncle Wade and aunt Linda Cooper.

A Celebration of Life Service for Bill will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday, September 9, 2023 in the Chapel of Eggers Funeral Home in Chesnee. The family will receive friends following the service.
