Beulah R Jones

Beulah R. Jones, 94, of Wellford, SC passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023. She was born in Spartanburg on August 26, 1928 to the late William Clifford Fowler and Mary Jane Stevens Fowler.

Ms. Jones was a member of Lake Bowen Baptist Church for 73 years, and was retired from Spartan Mills. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Brenda Edmonds Forrester and husband Kenneth; sister, Jane McKinney; grandchildren, Tim Edgens and wife Summer, Crystal Taylor and husband Paul, Denise Maxfield and husband Mark, and Pam Moody and husband Mike; 6 great grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her two husbands, Merdie Edmonds, and Willard Jones; step-sons, Ronald and William Jones; sisters, Lucinda Elder, Cathy Robertson, Alberta Gilbert, Faye McKinney, Lois Nodine, and Betty Mitchem; and brothers, Curtis Fowler, Clifford Fowler, Jr., Floyd Fowler, Robert Fowler, Bill Fowler, and W.J. Fowler.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Lake Bowen Baptist Church. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at Springhill Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Gene Camp, John Forrester, Ryan Freeman, Charlie Edgens, Jacob Smothers, and Jamie McKinney.
