Adelord H. Premont

Mr. Adelord Henry Premont, age 79, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Mr. Premont was born on June 28, 1945, in Northfield, Vermont, a son of the late Adeline M. Raymo Premont and Ovila D. Premont. He was raised Catholic but passed as a deacon of Rainbow Baptist Church. Adelord worked as a Training Instructor for the United States Air Force. He was a member of the Lion's Club, a lifelong member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, and enjoyed helping his community. Mr. Premont was a proud veteran who loved his country. He served in the United States Air Force, the Army, and the Navy.

Left behind to cherish his memory are two sons, Frank Premont (Maria) and Earl Premont (Dina); stepson, Terry Miller; daughter, Suzanne Premont; step-daughter, Tami Evans (Krinn); brother, Eugene Premont; grandchildren, Fabio, Cesar, Sabreena, Caitlin, Ryan, Russell, Jordan, Brendan, Brett, and Carol; great-grandchildren, Isiah, Renly, Jorah, and Ellia; and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Premont was predeceased by wives, Darelyes Armstrong Premont and Judith Hicks Miller Premont; five brothers; and three sisters.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Rainbow Baptist Church with Rev. Bart Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow with military honors in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
