Raymond Hayse McAbee, 62, of 105 McMillin Blvd., Boiling Springs, SC passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2009.
He was a son of Edna Webb McAbee of Gaffney and the late Ransom H. McAbee. He was a member of Solid Rock Church.
He is survived by three children: Raymond and Sarah McAbee, Jr. of Boiling Springs, Tessie and Ron Dotson of Cowpens, and Reba and Mike Dufford of Startex; brothers: Bob McAbee of Inman and Rodney McAbee of Boiling Springs; a sister: Janice Carson of Boiling Springs, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Eggers Funeral Chapel officiated by Rev. Bryan Alverson, Rev. David Carter, and Rev. Ray McAbee. Interment will be private.
Memorials may be made to the Raymond McAbee Memorial Fund, P. O. Box 160427, Boiling Springs, SC 29316.
The family will be at 327 Bright Wick Court, Boiling Springs.
