Carol heard God’s call to come home on Saturday, March 6th. She has gone to her rest and taken her much deserved place among his angels. Those of us who must await our call shall have wonderful memories of her time with us. A truly wonderful person has left this world for a better one and everlasting life.
Carol Lynn Arvidson Andrews, 54, of the Cherokee Springs community passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at her home following a long battle with cancer. She was the wife of Robert Andrews.
Mrs. Andrews was a native of Cordova, Alaska and a daughter of John Gus Arvidson of Alaska and the late Judith Pytel Arvidson. She was retired from Law Enforcement.
In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by brothers: Gary Dean Arvidson of Washington and Michael Lee Arvidson of Cordova, Alaska and a sister: Stephanie Frances Urton of Anchorage, Alaska.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Eggers Funeral Home. A Memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Funeral Chapel officiated by Dr. Bill Lark. Friends may also call at the home following the service.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville,
SC 29615.
The family will be at the residence.
